Please contact us if you would like to schedule a time to walk-through the property or if you would like to complete a rental application. Please note that there are currently tenants living in the house.

Priority will be given to self-selected groups of 8 students.

When submitting your application, please ensure the following:

• Each student completes an individual application including phone numbers for employers and current landlord. This could also be a floor manager or RA when applicable.

• References will be checked 

• A signed lease and deposit will be due within 2 days of you being selected as the tenant. The security deposit is equal to one month's rent and will be returned pending any issues upon move-out.

• Please provide a single person as your point of contact for leasing issues.
